A: Shipping confirmation emails are sent out no later than end of the day that an order ships out. If you placed your order over the weekend, please keep in mind that our facility doesn't ship on weekends, and your shipment should go out on the next business day. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you to let you know what issues may have come up. Alternatively, be sure to check your spam folder to verify that the e-mail wasn't sent to your spam folder.
