A: We have a strict 8am EST cutoff time for processing of orders. This allows us to minimize processing times and ship out orders within 1 business day of receipt of order. We process all orders from the previous business day that were placed after 8am EST up to the current day at 8am EST.
Orders placed after the 8am EST cutoff time will ship the following business day.
Note - Orders placed after 8am EST on Fridays will ship out on the following Monday unless an exception applies. Exceptions encompass product availability and exclude non business days. I.E. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
