A: Due to our commitment to getting orders to customers as quickly as possible we are not able to modify or cancel orders. Shipping changes will most likely not be possible after a package has begun processing. Most incorrectly addressed packages will return to our facility, at which point we can issue you a reshipment. If the incorrect address is not the fault of Powder City, then the reshipment of the order is subject to an additional shipping charge. To expedite these situations we ask that you provide your corrected shipping information so we have that available on file to expedite your reshipment when the time arrives.
If your order has already shipped and you need it sent to a different address than the shipping address for your original order, you may place a new order with the correct address and we can refund your original order for the items purchased when it's returned to our address as undeliverable.
