A: March 15th, 2017 Update
Due to overwhelming sales volume since the closure announcement, we must cut off sales early as of 1pm ET on March 15th. This will ensure all orders ship before the end of March.
We realize this earlier closure is unexpected and is an inconvenience. However,our operational capacity is limited due to a reduced workforce. Since the announcement, our unit sales in one day equated to over 10 days our normal unit sales volume.
Our last day of operations is still March 31st. Support for all purchases will be unavailable after March 31st, 2017. Products purchased after March 13th, 2017 will not be eligible for returns.
We have enjoyed providing our customers with a wide selection of products and a transparent quality process. However, there were setbacks in 2016 from which Powder City was unable to recover.
Due to the increased order volume, fulfillment time will take longer than usual. All orders will ship before the end of March.
