Firefox Web Browser Issues

It has come to our attention that some customers using Firefox may have issues completing checkout. This could be due to the 'ssl renegotiation' option inside your web browser settings.


Fix:

  1. Type 'about:config' in your address bar and push ENTER. (Proceed through the warning that appears)
  2. CTRL + F to search. Search for 'security.ssl.require_safe_negotiation' and toggle this to false by double clicking on the row.
