A: Our inventory of products changes regularly based on availability and demand. Confirming what countries do and do not allow certain products through customs is not a determining factor for us to stock a product. When new products are introduced to our inventory, Powder City does not check the legality of that product for every country we ship to.


Due to the large number of countries that Powder City ships to and the ever changing customs laws/regulations, Powder City is not able to determine if a product is permissible at any given time by customs into a country.


Before placing an order we recommend checking with your customs department to verify the legality of any items you plan on importing. Any orders that are rejected by customs are the responsibility of the customer. If the parcel is returned to Powder City, we can issue a refund for the product cost once it has been processed at our warehouse. We do not offer reships for rejected international orders. Refunds take approximately 1-3 business days to process. Upon receiving your refund, you can certainly place a new order.
