A: We realized that our packaging made it difficult to get every last milligram of powder out of our bags. This issue became excessively evident in bags containing very little powder. In an effort to better serve our customers, we made the choice to switch our packaging for any items that contain one gram of powder or less from a bag to a tub. By making this switch, we hope that all of our customers can get the most out of all of our products.
