Similar to order changes, shipping changes will most likely not be possible after a package has begun processing. Please submit a ticket requesting the address to be updated/corrected and we will do what we can to get that completed.
Most incorrectly addressed packages will return back to our facility, at which point we can issue you a reshipment. If the incorrect address is not the fault of Powder City, then the reshipment of the order is subject to a reship fee for cost of shipping the package again.
