The window between the time orders are placed and when we begin processing them is extremely small. Once orders begin processing we cannot modify or cancel your order. We strongly encourage double-checking your information at checkout to prevent any errors. Contacting us promptly upon completion of an order by submitting a ticket can increase our chances of being able to modify or cancel an order, though we cannot guarantee the modification or cancellation will be completed.
