Powder City will not accept Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for products purchased on or after March 13th, 2017.

Due to Powder City's impending closure on March 23rd, all sales dated on or after March 13th, 2017 are final. These orders are ineligible for returns or refunds. Support for all purchases will be available until March 31st, 2017. Visit our Final Clearance Sale FAQ page for more information.

We accept Returns for Refunds and Exchanges for orders placed prior to March 13th, 2017.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and your experience with us. We offer a 15-day return option for orders placed prior to March 13th. The return must be initiated on or before the 15th day from the date the order is received. If tracking information is unclear as to the date of the receipt, the return must be initiated on or before the 30th day from the date the order was placed. Opened items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Unopened items are eligible for a refund, less shipping.


For Domestic orders (inside the U.S.) please click on the link below to initiate your return and follow the steps provided. This must be done on or before the 15th day from the date the order is received and on or before the 30th day from the date the order was placed in order for the return to be accepted.

Refund Policy


As part of the returns process you will be notified of your refund amount after you select the return shipping method. You will be refunded within 7 days after the returned package is delivered back to our facility and the return is processed. The refunded amount will automatically be applied to the original method of payment and should show in your account within 3-5 business days of the refund. If your purchase was made with a gift card that has a Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX logo, your refund will go back to this gift card. 


NOTE: Refunds are not issued for opened product. Opened product is eligible for exchange or store credit only.


Return Shipping Cost


If a product was damaged or you received the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


Return packages must be shipped using a trackable shipping option. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest purchasing shipping insurance. We can only process a refund for orders that we can verify as delivered to us.
