Powder City offers nearly 200 products that are available for bulk purchase of finished goods at wholesale pricing or raw materials a bulk pricing. Our typical business clients include Universities, Online Retailers, Supplement Manufacturers, and Energy Drink Manufacturers.
If you are interested in becoming a Business Customer with Powder City some documentation is required to establish your business account with Powder City. We ask that you complete our B2B Customer Account form with a signature and date that is attached to this article. International business customers can be asked to provide additional documentation proving that the business is properly established for your country. This can include corporation documentation or tax documentation for your country.
Additionally we also ask that you also review the attached pricing guide that provides a full list of products we have available, the price per kilogram, and the MOQ (minimum order quantity) for each product. Business customers must meet the MOQs in order to proceed with a business order. For example, in order to receive wholesale pricing for finished goods your request must be be greater than or equal to a quantity of 50 items for each finished product requested or if requesting bulk product pricing the amount requested for bulk powder must be greater than or equal to those listed on the pricing guide.
*NOTE: The pricing guide is updated monthly and prices for products do change based on business needs, supply, and demand.
Business orders typically have a lead time of 7-10 business days, although we are able to fulfill most orders within 3 days of payment. Accepted forms of payment include Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) for order values less than $1,000 or wire/bank transfer and Paypal for orders of any value. Orders greater than or equal to $1,000 will require a wire/bank transfer or Paypal.
*NOTE: Paypal is only available for B2B and requires a B2B account. This option is not available for retail customers.
Click here to submit a ticket and fill out the form to request information about a business order. As shown in the image below, select Business Customer Request from the "Type of Request" drop down menu, fill out all of the other fields, and click submit.
From there a ticket will be created in our support system, we will receive your request, and get back to you in 1-2 business days with the information requested.
