For the security of our customers, orders over $300 will require signature confirmation for delivery. This is so that we can ensure customers receive packages of greater value without the risks associated with unverified delivery methods. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for delivery so that a package can be signed for. Carriers can make up to three attempts (1 original, plus 2 additional) to deliver a package to the destination. Customers are also responsible for contacting the carrier for scheduling additional delivery attempts.
