If you received the wrong item(s) or you have product missing from your order Click here to submit a ticket and fill out a form so that we may correct the fulfillment error that occurred.   


Please be advised that you may be asked to provide a picture of your packing slip and/or the incorrect product.  


This is to help us prevent these types of errors from occurring again in the future.  


As shown in the image below, select Order Error - Wrong/Missing Item from the "Type of Request" drop down menu, fill out all of the other fields, and click submit.  

 

From there a ticket will be created in our support system, we will receive your request, and get back to you in 1-2 business days with the information requested.
