You can check your order(s) status and get tracking information by clicking the Order Lookup button
Please keep in mind that orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders received by 8 AM ET Monday-Saturday ship the same day. The only exceptions are that UPS and Asendia orders do not ship on Saturdays.
Your tracking number should arrive in your shipment confirmation email. The shipment confirmation emails are typically sent out between 3pm and 6pm EST. Please check your spam folder.
As shown in the image below, if the Order Lookup doesn't provide you with the information you need, please click here to fill out a form to request the information you need for your order. Select WISMO (Where Is My Order) from the "Type of Request" drop down menu, fill out all of the other fields, and click submit.
From there a ticket will be created in our support system, we will receive your request, and get back to you in 1-2 business days with the information requested.
